THE REAL ESTATE LISTING MANAGEMENT:

After an user has login access he is allowed to place listings on the site.

The following are the property specs that are available when placing an ad:

Step 1- Address, City, State, Zip, Price, Year Built, MLS, SKU #, Virtual Tour, Agent, Telephone, Agent's Email

Step 2- Home Type, Style, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Total SQ. FT, Tax Value, Taxes, Average Electric, Gas, Oil, and Water bill, and Lot Size

Step 3- Any other additional information to describe the property.

Step 4- Property pictures. There is easy uploading of property pictures and specs by users with login access

Once uploaded, property pictures and specs can be easily edited or deleted.

Once an ad has been placed, the owner of the ad can edit or delete it at any time.

VIEWING PROPERTIES

Advanced search features allow buyers to only view properties that are of interest to them.

Buyers also have the option of viewing all property listings.

Buyers can view your last five listings by clicking on the Latest Listings link.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

An online mortgage calculator is included so buyers can estimate what their monthly payments will be based on the price of the home, the amount of their down payment, loan term, and interest rate.

Additional pages include: special promotions, advertising, and contact information page.

Registered users also have the option of selecting to receive mail subscriptions upon registering

These clear, concise and comprehensive reports are updated  and published weekly

They provide completely updated lists of all upcoming Foreclosure Auctions for all types of properties (Residential, Commercial, Condominiums, Co-ops, Unimproved) showing:
	Date, Time and Place of Auction
	Action (Plaintiff and Defendant)
	Street Address and Hamlet of the Property
	Tax Map Information (District/Section/Block/Lot)
	Original Mortgage Date and Amount
	Final Judgment Date and Amount
	Name and Phone Number of the Plaintiff's Attorney
	Name of the Court Appointed Referee
	File Index Number
	Other special information as required

The reports provide a complete listing of all Real Estate Sales Deeds recorded during the reporting period, showing:
	Month of Closing
	Seller's Name(s)
	Purchaser's Name(s)
	Street Address, Hamlet and Zip Code of Property
	Tax Map Information
	Sale Price
	Other Notes as Appropriate (Condominium, Vacant, etc.)
	Total Number and Dollar Amount of Sales
They also provide a complete listing of all Pre-Foreclosure (Lis Pendens) filings recorded during the reporting period, showing:
	Plaintiff(s)
	Defendant's Name(s)
	Street Address, Hamlet and Zip Code of Property
	Date and Amount of Mortgage
