WHO ARE THE FEE FORECLOSURE LIST PROVIDERS?

Everything you wanted to know about crooks, thieves & money launderers in the Foreclosure Biz

The listings for all auctions & foreclosures in USA are in public domain & must be distributed FREE. There are a number of unscrupulous operators who repackage free data and resell the useless auction data to the public. But only their "best clients" are consulted, coached & enabled on the ways to profit from the market inefficiencies and The Fix. The "best clients" get all the juice. You, the sucker, end up supporting the lavish lifestyle of the Low Life fee list provider!

Who do you think the fee providers consider the best client? Read on.

Currently there is a widening Federal Probe into the activities of the organized crime in Brooklyn & Queens dealing with Foreclosure Auctions. It turned out that most of the indicted in that probe were clients of our fee competitor, Profile Publishers. The 40 indicted are foreign nationals, mostly from Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iraq, India, Pakistan & Egypt.

Most of the fee list providers don't have a clue how to price a property or how to dispose of it. But they are good at stealing listings from each other. In the process they miss some of the most salient deals in town!
Our goal is to bring transparency & fairness to the real estate industry. This is a relatively large and poorly regulated industry. As a result of poor government regulation a number of persons with questionable morals and financing are unfairly enriching themselves at the expense of the market. Many of these people are being coached and consulted by unscrupulous paid list providers. In the future we intend to provide information and links to the government postings regarding foreclosure crimes being perpetrated on the american public.

Foreclosure Auction data can be easily found FREE either in the printed media or on the web. For non-judicial coop sale one should consult New York Post. Occasionally, coop sale notices are published in The Irish News, The Daily News and The Jewish Week. Friday is a big day for coop foreclosure auction ads.
For condominium apartments, apartment buildings, commercial properties, air rights and land foreclosure sales one should consult The New York Law Journal. This is a daily newspaper which can be found in most law offices or in any NYC Public Library! Occasionally, Foreclosure auction ads can be found in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. It is interesting to note that the New York Times & TWSJ ads almost never make it to our paid competitors' auction lists. It has been noted by the industry insiders that the operators of paid auction listings are lazy or stupid or both! Reselling government-mandated free foreclosure sale postings for $99 or $499 is no different from requesting $499 payment for the Xerox copies of the phone book!
For the property description by address or Block & Lot one should consult NYC Free Web site: NYC Real Estate Properties. There you can find a fairly complete descriptions, including size of the land, number of stories, Total Square Footage, Previous Sale Price, etc. It’s interesting to note, that a number of for-profit real estate listings providers begged us not to provide this information! Some of them even offered to pay us to keep it off these pages! That should tell you something about these folks' ethics!
We'd like to encourage all our readers to follow our advice and not to purchase any services from paid foreclosure list providers. Most of them operate on the fringes of legality. They needlessly complicate the search process for the prospective buyers and in the process enrich themselves! Good luck to all honest and decent buyers and investors!

Attention Web Surfers

There are a number of paid foreclosure auction list providers who pretend they are free services so as to attract a web Traffic at the expense of the free list providers. Some of them blatantly use our trademarked coined words "NYC FORECLOSURE", "FREE NYC FORECLOSURE" and "FREE NYC FORECLOSURE MARKETPLACE".
Do not let them get away with this blatant forgery! Notify this webmaster & ICANN about their illegal activities. For governmental assistance, you can contact the FTC toll-free at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) or use the complaint form at www.ftc.gov, or call the Canadian PhoneBusters hotline toll-free at 1-888-495-8501.  Other resources include www.ustreas.gov/usss/ (secret service) and www.fbi.gov (fbi)

If you think that the information sold to you by the paid list providers is useless you should demand an instant refund! If you feel you were a victim of the fraud committed by the for-profit foreclosure list provider you should call your District Attorney office and BBB.
Let us know if you are a web person and would like to help in building a truly free listings website or provide us with links to other free sites.

At this time we announce a nationwide search for the Best Foreclosure List Provider and The Worst Foreclosure List Provider. The results of the poll will be published on these pages. Come again to see more results of the poll & new offerings!
